        指導博士班研究生邱秋閔參加2014國際研討會ISBAB (International Symposium of Biocatalysis and Agriculture Biotechnology) 海報競賽獲得優良研究獎。

 

F.目前研究方向

  1.  桃褐腐病菌(Monilinia fructicola)與薔薇科寄主植物之交互作用:主要探討桃褐病菌之致病基因於侵染過程如何受寄主氧化還原狀態所調控,並探討桃褐腐病之聚酮合成酶(polyketide synthase)基因及其生合成之polyketides 種類與桃褐腐病菌殘存與抗生之關係。

  2. 辣椒炭疽病菌(Colletotrichum acutatum) 與辣椒之交互作用:探討利用任意突變所篩選出之致病相關基因及利用transcriptome 分析找出之effectors 於侵染辣椒過程之功能及角色。

  3. 芒果炭疽病菌(C. gloeosporioides)與芒果之交互作用及生物防治劑之開發:建立芒果炭疽病菌侵染芒果葉片之途徑及潛伏感染之狀態、探討芒果炭疽病菌之致病機轉及利用拮抗微生物進行芒果炭疽病害之防治。

  4. 水稻對Pythium 相關抗病基因之研究:利用TRIM 基因突變庫進行抗病基因篩選及研究。
